TM Oil Type Power Distribution Transformer 35KV 6300KVA with OLTC

This type of transformer from TAILI is equipped with OLTC for regulating the voltage in an accurate range. It can be designed from 800KVA to 31500KVA with maximum voltage 35KV and mainly used for power transmission and distribution system like power substation.

TAILI’s oil filled transformer are manufactured in accordance with domestic and international standards according to Customer's market demand.

 

 

1. Quality assurance for direct supply of key materials, like core (which made directly from TAILI by high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet) and insulation materials (which are strictly selected by our quality control center)

2. Corrugated type tank: automatic welding, zero leakage rate, strong corrosion resistance

3. Positioning device for active-part: free core suspending, maintenance-free, safe and reliable

4. Dedicated automatic winding machine to ensure coil quality

5. Design with multiple shock absorption and noise reduction measures to ensure low operation noise

6. Special structural design and material selection to ensure strong short circuit resistance

7. On load tap changer(OLTC) with independent property rights.

 

 

1. The height above sea level can be optioned by 1000m below or above.

2. Ambient temperature can be meet from -45℃ to +50 ℃.

1. Cabinet part: all right-angled parts that operators may come into contact with are all reversed at R angles to prevent scratching and hurting people; the improved busbar frame is more convenient to install busbars and has a more beautiful appearance; the ventilation grid installed on the top cover has anti- Drip function; the top cover is an open structure, which is convenient for users to place horizontal busbars on site;

2. Drawer part: the drawer adopts double-folding positioning groove rivet riveting process, and all parts are molded at one time, so that the drawer is 100% interchangeable. At the same time, the double-folding and rivet technology solves the defects of sheet burr and self-tapping screw tip injury;

3. Connectors: The first-time plug-in for the incoming and outgoing lines of the drawer can be directly used in conjunction with the function board and the metal channel, and the secondary connector is convenient to connect and the wiring is beautiful;

4. Vertical channel: half functional board or iron rectangular channel can be selected, and can be easily interchanged.
