Product Description
The lime storage steel silo is a sealed bottom conical container structure. The body equipment is mainly composed of: the equipment body, internal and external straight ladders, guardrails, cages, manholes, safety valves, outriggers, feed pipes, level gauges, pneumatics. It is composed of arch breaking device, vibration activation hopper, flapper valve, star rotary valve, etc.
Working Principle
The lime powder is transported to the lime storage steel silo for temporary storage by the pneumatic of the transport tanker. When the lime powder enters the silo, it is filtered by the dust collector on the top of the silo to raise the lime powder and discharge excess gas. The silo is monitored by the level meter to monitor the incoming lime The lime in the powder silo, the lime powder stored in the lime powder silo is loosely and uniformly fed by the oscillating flow device to the variable frequency speed control feeder for quantitative feeding (lime silo and metering conveying system), and conveyed to by the screw conveyor The lime milk dissolving box is mechanically stirred to produce the emulsion, and the lime milk dosing pump transports the 5%-10% concentration of the emulsion to the liquid dosing point (lime milk configuration and delivery system).
